I have always been avid buyer from Jio mart from all the categories. This time I am very much dis hearted from Jiomart.
Few days back i.e. on 29th January I ordered three frocks from kid section and received them on 2nd February but all of them had issue so I had to return them. Their pickup was done on 6th February to which refund amt. I received on 11th February but only of 1 item for other 2 items I didn't received refund yet. Since then I am calling the customer care but I m not receiving any solution and when I send them mails they close by complaint window without solving the issue or giving any valid answer. I even called pickup person who pickedup the package. Even he says that there were 3 frocks which I took from you to return them back. Request you to look into this matter and help me out in this issue, I only have hope from your side now. I am stating details below of the order:

Item details - 1) Fit & Flare dress with shrug (In this shrug was not there, only frock came) - Rs. 362.42
2) Embellished fit & flare tiered dress (It's fit was not good) - Rs. 380.58
Total amt. Is 743rs which is not refunded back to my source account.
