Reliance Mart — Rude behaviour of the manager

Sir i along with my family went to reliance mart when there was about to pay bill they told us some offer if we buy for more than 6000 rupees we will get a dinner set so our bill was included with my moms freind so total bill came like nearly 8000 and there was another offer for 3500 rupees a cup set so we requested the manager to cut the bill separate for us so he behaved very rudely by saying that we cannot do that then we told talk softly then he raised his voice and talked rudely he argued with us, sir i wanna say that it is necessary to talk softly to the customers so that we can enjoy shopping
the manager of reliance mart near commercial street name is TILAK

sir i bet we will never visit that reliance mart again as he talked rudely with my mom this type of behaviour we cannot tolerate
