I want to book a complaint against Sony bravia led tv. We recently purchased Sony bravia led tv 55 inch one month back now we are suffering with some problems like volume not coming when playing the video through DTH and sometimes suddenly tv automatically switch oning without any remote operation . please respond to the issue as soon as possible and resolve it soon

You have such a huge mart. But still you lack quick service. Since half an hour i am standing in a queue and your employee is still dealing with one customer. Despite of having so many counters you keep half of them close. Really poor service. I would never suggest anyone to buy goods from reliance mart.
