Hi I have made a purchase in reliance market on 11/12/2016 and i have swiped my Card at the bill counter and i have entered my Pin there was no response from it, Executive said it was some network issue, I have gave another card same issue happened to my surprise money of 1762.51 got deducted from my account. Store manager said it was some network failure money will be reverted to your account nu she said, Even after one week nothing has happened so i have submitted a CDF form to bank and i have a made a complaint to Reliance mart too Complaint no[protected]/11/2016, They said like it will be resolved in 5 business days, in the mean time bank people reverted me stating that amount has been claimed by the merchant so we cant revert you this amount you need to get it from the merchant, this was the statement given by the bank. when i approached the store manager(suganya.[protected]@ril.com Ph no [protected]) she said we will look in to this nu she said after that i have made many calls to the person and i have visited many times to the store i could not meet the person. This is very bad on reliance standards. Again i have made a complaint on the same issue for my reversal complaint no 1656434, they said they close the issue at the earliest . Way the store manager is behaving is very ridiculus. Kindly teach your So called "Store manager" some basic ethics and how to treat peoples. Was this information helpful? |
