Reliance Mart — Twice payment n refund not received

I did an online transaction of ₹1054 in Reliance Smart (PGBT road, Tarbahar, Bilaspur C.G)on 22nd March at 1:50 P.M using BHIM UPI . The transaction was successful from my side but. Reliance Smart said that they did not receive the amount and also took cash payment from me forcefully, thus they took double money from me. I didn’t receive my money yet on 6th April….after 15 days….they given me a ticket with Interaction ID SD32321491…..
