Reliance Resq — hul ultima water purifier

A sequence of events since the day a service request was raised regarding my hul water purifier is given below

31/aug/2019: raised a service request for replacing a faulty touch button on my hul water purifier, under reliance resq plan.

01/sept/2019: received a call from service personal saying he has assigned the work to his colleague as he is not available. But no one showed up.

03/sept/2019: called the customer care once again. I was told that the part which is required for repair is out of stock, so i have to wait.

04/sept/2019: called again the customer care.. No resolution.

05/sept/2019: called again the customer care.. No resolution.

06/sept/2019: escalated the matter to cshead. Mr. Dheeraj called from mumbai saying the spare part is not available for repair and i have to wait. He sent an email as well.

07/sept/2019: i wasn't confident that mr. Dheeraj or his team really understood the matter here, so i sent a photo of the faulty part. No response from him.

08/sept/2019: i called hul technical team. They confirm that the part is available with them. It will cost me rs.1600 for parts and rs 300 for service.

11/sept/2019: informed dheerja about the availability of parts in bangalore and requested him to procure it from hul and get my purifier repaired. No response from him.

15/sept/2019: called customer care for escalating the matter to next level. The executive would not help me with my request, instead she insisted me to wait for 1 hour to call me back. I never got a call from her or any one else.

20/sept/2019: i received an email from cs head saying, the issue will be addressed in 4 days. I received a call from mr. Mohammed tabrez promising that next day the repair will be done.

23/sept/2019: mr. Tabrez would not answer my calls.

Even after escalating till the highest possible level, no resolution. No one should opt for reliance resq plan. They shamelessly disrespect the contract.

My 24 inches television is not fully repaired I paid 2400 charges for repairing but after taking television to my home it is not working when I complain they said they we will repair it at ur home don't worry after 2 months they r saying take 1200 RS and leave the tv what to do
