I had logged a complaint in ResQ on 28th March 2017. My complaint number is [protected]. I am followed up with ResQ support about this for 5 times but every time their support executive told your issue will be resolved by today but the issue still not resolved. They have pathetic service I ever was seen. They even don't bother to message or call the client about the status of the request. They are charging the premium on their product and selling their ResQ service, People buy their service considering a big brand name but they are not following their commitments. today i.e on[protected] I called the customer care Panasonic on [protected] and registered a compliant for installation that the AC is not working after 3 hours the customer care people says that the problem will be sorted out Reliance people only I again called Relience Digital store people narrating the customer care people said. The response from Relience Digital store is nill and again says that problem will be solved this is continuing since I purchased.
