Reliance Retail — Saying no to billing always | |||
I am very much disappointed by the services of reliance retail store and their employee named VIJAY on the billing counter at store located in elements mall, ajmer road, jaipur. Whenever I go to them to buy any product and proceed to billing counter, they never bill my product on the counter where there is no queue. Instead they are always busy counting the cash, no matter what time and directly say no to customers on counters where there is no queue. Instead counting the cash should be done after the store timings i.e. after 10PM. This is a malpractice that reduces their own customers as customers like us say no to other people to buy from them because of this problem.
