Hi All, My mom was not well by 4th march, who was hospitalized by evening in a local hospital. due to emergency she was taken to a bigger hospital in a nearby city. where she was hospitalized for 10 days. over there I got religare cashless hospitalization by morning 11.00 AM. till morning what are all the medical charges which are made were done by my cash in hand. she was discharged from the hospital . 2 days later I claimed for the amount with both credit bills and cash bills attahced, but the claim amount 17000 includes only cash bills and not credit bills.I claimed sum of 17000. which includes Pre hospitalization, Hospitalization and Post hospitalization. they deducted 2898 stating that Credit Bills are not allowed. I asked for the reason and someone told they are sorry and made a mistake of calculation and sent a wrong mail. Still the issue is going on still i didnt got my money back. Also today I got a mail stating I have to get more bills from the hospital where my mother was hospitalized 4 months before. Very much Disappointed.
