Religare Securities — Demat account opening

I have recently applied for opening Demat account with religare, even after i got my cheque encashed i am not getting my kit and sales guys are not picking my phone call in gurgaon. I think its the useless company i ever dealt with, such a layback attitude from the employees. Zero followup, ridiculous company. if such companies doesnt have setup then who give them license to run such businesses.
