[Resolved] Religare Securities — Not able to withdraw amount from Demat account | |||
My account is in Religare securities, mumbai branch i have sold some of my securities 15 days back and still i am not able to withdraw my money from my demat account. on complaning to my broker they said that my commodities account is in debit balance. i told them to settle the amount from my demat to commodities and rest of amount they can release to me. and i am continuously following up with my broker from last 10 days and every time he commits me to solve the issue within 3-4 hour. but still dint get any proper response and not yet settled. and today when i thretened him to escalate the issue then he started shouting to me. even i am not aware why my commodities account was in debit balance event though i have already deposited my dues. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as i am highly disappointed with your customer service and will further escalate if not resolved within time. My broker name is Mr Sunil yadav and my account no. is SC8816 in the name of sitaram chokhara Hope you will understand my issue and will resolve asap.
