Hi Team,
I opened my account a week back. Sorry to say, but i am really disappointed by user commitments and services.
1. Your website doesn't work. I placed calls no. of times but they are not reflected in Order book. Watching also disappears.
2. Nobody informed about me about OFFLINE charges, neither your executive who opened my account nor relationship manager. Your websites are not working, then why are you charging your clients for OFFLINE charges. I always found wrong brokerage charges incorporated on my all transactions. Most of them not as per rates informed to me.
3. I sent mail to get updates on Welcome kit from your website. No feedback received till date.
4. Tried calling relationship manager no. of times for placing calls, but nobody picked phone.
Seeking such a poor service, i am planning to close my account. Please let me know procedure to close account. I do not want to continue with your team where i am getting ZERO services.
