[Resolved] Renault — Cheating | |||
I Mr. Krishna Garodia from Dibrugarh Assam bought a new Renault kwid red car from Dibrugarh Assam from show room c/oPashupati traders..After all the foramilities of payment at the time of receiving the car I was told that one side of the car gate(front left gate)had dent and scratches..I was promised that the same will be rectified shortly within a week after arrival of new car..I took the car with this assurance..Now about 20 days have passed they have no knowledge when the new car will be arriving and are trying to deceive me by saying every other day that its on the way..I am disgusted feeling cheated and will move to consumers court if the same is not sorted out as a priority..At least they should be able to say when the red coloured new kwid with features of Ac, power steering and music system will be arriving..This is for your kind information and necessary action Was this information helpful? | |||
