Hi,
My name is deepak katankar, i have a salary account with kotak mahindra bank account number is [protected] and crn number is 40909143. I have given a request of change my mailing address 11 days back i. E. On august 11, 2016 but they did not change it and send my all confidential doc like pin number, cheque book at my old address. I have submitted all my valid identity proof and address proof also.
