I went to SBI mini sect, Karnal Haryana Branch (BR Code-04334 ) today to exchange my 500 and 1000 rupees notes of amount of 2000/- But SBI staff and specially a lady and Br manager refused to exchange my 500/1000 notes. They said me to open a new A/c and deposit the money and withdraw it. It was very urgent and emergency for me to change the notes for the treatment of my fever suffered daughter.
I said them to open the A/c next time and said them to change the notes at current moment, But they did not change the notes and totally refused. that br official lady behaved totally rudely and sent me back without exchanging notes.
my daughter was very ill she was suffered from fever and cold .For this purpose I had to change my notes but SBI staff did not change the notes . SBI cashier advised me to meet the Branch Manager. But all in vain .
such a good decesion by our prime minister but is being done wasted by bank.

They saying we have priority customer maintain above 2 lecs they don't have queue for exchanging money

Sir i hold my account in Idbi bank jalchakki rajsamand rajsamand my account no [protected] I was denied for cash withdrawal with other customer
Time 14 .45 time dt 19 November 2016. Is it not legal tender right violated.

Sir my sister Ac has been opened in Allahabad bank in western up with out pan card and without visiting to branch and deposit opening bal above 1.5 lacs please stop this and take action against such cases
