We are living in Anandshiv Apartments, Drive-in road, Behind Kamlakamdhenu hall, Memnagar. One of flat member of B block (B2) is having business of Two Wheelers resale. He has parked 15-20 bikes in common area of society more than 6-7 years. Previously, he parked in his common area. But now started in society common area. All members of society complained many times, but he is rude and not listening to anyone. Now situation is, Flat members don't get parking space and this man parks 15-20 vehicles everyday and many others are parked on other corner of society as well.
Please guide how to take further steps.
