I
purchased on XOLO q1000 mobile from retailbunny site, dated 03/04/2014 order
no: 891, The amount has been deducted from my credit card. I didnt got any mail
confirmation for order nor any message on mobile.

When
contacted through mail, only a system generated mail has been received, called
to customer care- No response at all, no one picks/receives the call
