Dear Sir, I have ordered a Philips 32" LCD Television (Philips 32PFL4938 LED Reference:U[protected], with Order Number:YUIDEXKQQ and Date:[protected] and Invoice #IN[protected] on March 18 th 2014 with a payment of Rs 3, 623.After a week I have not received the order and they suddenly change my order status as refund in the order status with the reason that product is no longer available in India, and they will get my refund within 8 days.But till now nothing happened.I confirmed I was trapped and lost my amount.I raised the grievance in their web site which of no use.I have several complaints like this.Please help me to get back my hard earned money as early as possible since almost 6 months is completed from ordered date Thanks & Regards Arjuna Bokinala [protected] Email:bokinala.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? invoice no. #IN[protected] . more than two month waiting neither product delivered nor any correspondence . so i have been desided to cancelling that order . When i cancel the order and refund request .they send me transaction ID[protected] and Refund ref no. 53b7code90e85 on date 07072014
since from July 7 neither money refunded nor any response.
