I purchased one xolo A500S(blue) phone from this site on 06th April 2014.
I neither get any confirmation mail nor any massage regarding this on my mobile .The amount has been deducted from my account and the payment gateway was Bill desk
I tried to call the customer support but they didn't pick up my call.kindly help me to get through this.
Details of the product are:

cost: 5894.00 rs.
