Today I had worst experience with revolt customer care.. Especially your customer care executives, they sound rude.. Like - Ajay. He was with me on call for 1hour but not ready to listen and i asked him to connect me with manager, supervisor, team leader. But on the whole call he was keep on saying that there is no one on the floor. How bad management you guys have. Really careless management.
I was with him for 1 hr on call and in that duration there was no senior available.
He should be terminated thats what i feel.
