Revolt — Non receival of my booked bike, non refund of my booked moneymoney

I have booked by online for a electric bike Revolt RV 400, by an amount of 19999. My booking ID is RV400-RED-P118-FEB-MAR[protected] .They said delevery of bike between february - March of 2022. But I did not get the bike till time. So I try for online cancelling of my booking. But it is not possible. There is no dealers /offices in Kerala for off line cancelling and refund. I want my money back.
