Ro Care India — RO Care india service center and technicians are cheating people

Background: My LivPure RO machine's both carbon and sediment filter had been replaced (Kent filters)one month back(Normally on replace of filter it can be used at least 6 month and costs 1500Rs).
On sunday 14th November, we complained about our LIVPURE RO GLO was not working. It has been communicated from RO India that next day technician will visit and resolve the same(Monday) with service charge Rs300.
As promised technician Bishnu(mob:[protected]) arrived my native arround 10Am 15th Nov monday. He stared checking machine. After some time without asking me he changed both the filter(sediment and Carbon) along with Mineral filter. It started working. But when i asked he said cost arround Rs1800 + Rs 300 service charge. Now i denied to change the filter as my filter were new. He asked me to discuss with service center GUY Mr Balbinder singh(Mob:[protected] np:name might be wrong ). When i discussed with him, he also said like my technician has replaced new filters and payment has to be made. Then i argued like, my filter cartiridge were new and why he replaced without asking. But he didnot listen.
Then i said exactly that "Aap log aise customer ko chutia bana rahe ho".
And said to reinstall my old filters. But by that time the technician mixed both old and new filters. It was difficult for me to recognize. So now the technician suggested me that give me Rs 600 and i will put new ones and will not tell to service center guy.
With this i agreed and had a decent conversation and paid Rs 300+ Rs100 to him. Then he said the UV is making the motor stop. So he has disconnected the UV from filtering process. It will not create any issue.
Then i asked him fill the tank and i will see if overflow happens or motor stops when water fulls in tank. But he said it will not overflow. He waited 2 min. But before over flow happens the technician ran away. I couldnot find him. I called him arround 15 times he didnot pick call. Now i called service center guy.
At this point, he started blaiming that i had scolded the guy with bad words. And he didnot listen me.
Then i called customer care of RO India, they gave area service manager no Mr Navin-[protected]. When he arranged a conference call between, service center and technician after 1 day, both service center person mr singh and technician bishnu were denying the chages and complained that i used bad words for them. Even the technician denied of taking money.
Now after 4 days i am having my purifier filled with overflowed water. And no one from ro care is listening this after my number of calls.
Please suggest what should be done.
