[Resolved] Roam1 Mobile — Most pathetic service ever!!

My daddy got me a Roam1Mobile student plan for US, for my convenience. But it was only inconvenience. Without any details provided by them, they directly deducted 30k on my father’s credit card !! Please be warned that this happened not once, but thrice in a row and when we saw my original bill it was not even a total 25k for 3 months, while they kept charging 30k for every month. Plus when you will go for disconnection, they will take forever to discontinue the plan and to refund the excess charged.!

Roam1Mobile have the worst services ever--- they will claim to help you stay connected at all times, but in all honesty when you will really need to make that call, somehow there will be no services available then!! And consider yourself lucky if you can get through their customer care for help!! They are just another pathetic option available to fool everyone!
