Had bought a simcard for my 10 day Europe trip. Highly dissatisfied with the service and it didn’t work for more than a day. Either the phone calls worked or the data. It was most annoying and stressful to try and sort it whilst on holiday. Highly disappointing. Don’t recommend buying this. In addition they tried to get me to change the phone settings and it didn’t work. Had to buy a new simcard locally and it worked seamlessly!! An...

It really is troublesome to be writing emails to you guys again and again. But the agitation is so much that I have to do this yet again.
The bad service that you guys have provided to me this time is unbelievable. It pains me to use both the numbers which you guys have provided. Every time that I pick up the phone to make a call the phones do not work.
