Roam1 Mobile — Roam1 USA sim card

It really is troublesome to be writing emails to you guys again and again. But the agitation is so much that I have to do this yet again.
The bad service that you guys have provided to me this time is unbelievable. It pains me to use both the numbers which you guys have provided. Every time that I pick up the phone to make a call the phones do not work.
And if they do the voice quality of the calls are so disgusting that you have no choice but to hang up the phone.

One sim card service is worse than the other. Roam1 still doesn’t work out of Oriskany office. And the other H2O is so bad in quality that I had to disconnect both the calls today which I tried to make. What is the point of me to have two phones when both of them are NOT working. And mind you there is nothing wrong with the phones itself but the service which you guys are providing us.

Now let me tell you something about the data connection. Thank god for being in the first world country that we have wifi everywhere we go. Trust me if I was solely relying on your data connection, I would have landed into a lot trouble by now. How about you take out a report from your back end team and see how many times I have used your data and where. You will come to know that while being on the road the phone data does not work at all. I happen to rely on the maps on the phone and guess what I got stuck on the road driving in circles because the phone did not have any data. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. And if you happen to be in this country ever you will know this is not India where you can pull over your car anytime and ask for directions, if I do that I would end up being in jail or another car will come and collide into mine.

What is the point of me taking a sim in advance from you guys if this the service you will provide to me. And to top is all you going to sell this phone to everyone in the office. Mind you when I come back I will ensure everyone knows what sort of service you are providing us. Including the travel desk and the procurement team. This has been nothing but a horrid experience. And I am still left with another week to go and the only way I am being able to reach people is thru internet calling. Because your phone does not work half the time when I want to use them. Did you really have to send me a H2O sim card which is even worse in the service.

Everyday I get missed call messages from your customer care because your people as well are not able to reach me. How ironical is that!! And if you feel I have all the time in the world to write emails to you everytime the phone is not working then you are highly mistaken. Yesterday I was in the hotel room and people were not able to reach me. I can send you sreenshots of the missed call messages which I got. Let me know!
