[Resolved] Roam1 — Pathetic service | |||
I would like to lodge a complaint against Roam1 Mobile. My son was using their student plan for Australia and they bombed us with a huge bill of 25k for a month without an itemised billing. On frequent calls to the customer care, they somehow agreed to email the bill and we saw it was not even the number that my son was using. Such a fraud company that we immediately cleared all the dues and got rid of such a pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||
