[Resolved] Robosapiens Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. / Robomart.com / Robosapi.com — Indulgence in fraudulent activities/practices, breaching IPC-240-243 | |||
Its better to do freelancing than to sell ur ETHICAL & MORAL values for such a pathetic organisation /so called company . These guys are into making their CUSTOMERS fool, BRIBING college/institute management to get business from them (to conduct WORKSHOPS for students). They have SO CALLED association with IIT-Delhi using which they PROJECT themselves to be really "NICHE". They hire engineers who are freshers and keep them for 4-6 MONTHS training period. They dont even pay them any SALARY. And ask them to do all the fraudulent things that one may not even think of (the Impact of IIT-Delhi tag is the main reason) like- FAKING EXPERIENCE, FAKING DEGREES and/or PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, Delivering workshops on false identities/names. After the SO CALLED training period gets over they give these poor guys a cheque of 15-17000, which they refer to as "consolidated stipend for 6 months training"LOL. Now, from each one of such ENGINEERING GRADUATE, they generate a revenue of more than 10 lac atleast (yes, this is true) in a month or two. They organize workshops in various schools and colleges across the country and all they care about is how they get MONEY, the hard earned money of many PARENTS who give 700- 1500 Rs (the price varies according to the SETTING between the company and institute's management) to their children for 2 days "robotics workshop". They shout out like hell "ROBOTRYST-IIT DELHI" / ROBOTRYST-JUNIOR-IIT DELHI etc., Guys, if you want, you can take part in any goddamn robotics championship/ competition in so many IITs and NITs that you dont need to spend even a RUPEE on such companies' workshops to learn robotics(learn from online resources that are FREE). And those who are looking for a job here, I dont have anything else to mention :-). Note - I got to know about these facts from a friend of mine who was VICTIMIZED by this ETHICALLY-ZERO company and i just want to share this with as much students as possible. PS.- I forgot to mention, the company does not believes in publicizing balance sheets (annual revenue generation sort of details), which is a MUST thing for every Pvt Ltd company. This is quite probable that the company's director/whoever else sees it will remove this post (if there exists any provision) as soon as possible, so i request all the readers to spread the word and save STUDENTS from this organisation which is wearing a false cloak of identity from past 7-8 years. Hi Everyone,
I just want share my view about the Company “Robosapiens India “. I am using both services (Robotics kit of Robomart.com & Workshops, Internship which are provided by Robosapiens technologies). And I am satisfied with both Services of the Company. In Firstly I have some hesitation to purchase Robotics kits and Components from RoboMart.com to Read Customer complaint, Somehow I Order Some Products(1 Robosapiens ATMEGA16/32 IBOT, 1 LCD 16x2, 1 XBee Pro Long Range Wireless Module (wire antenna), and 1 GPS Module Kit V1.0) and It just give me amazing feeling that within 24 hrs the Products are delivered within 24 hrs via FedEx Courier Service .
I just want share my view about the Company “Robosapiens India “. I am using both services (Robotics kit of Robomart.com & Workshops, Internship which are provided by Robosapiens technologies). All the Products are up to the mark and after using these products, I Just under stand that Consumers who don’t have proper knowledge about the products, they are showing their frustration in the “Consumer Complaint” section of the product’s website and giving their complaint about the products. Means if you are using any product with their proper “using Guidelines”, then the possibility of Damage of the product is very less.
I also did my Summer Internship program in Robotics with AVR Module and Winter Internship Program in Quad copter Module. Both the Internships giving me very Good Knowledge about the Both Modules (Robotics with AVR as well as Quad Copter). I receive my Kits, Certificates and Certificates Code on proper time. I also view that few students are give the Complaints about the Internship .For those I only want to say that Guys if you join any internship Program only for Certificates then please don’t join.
For knowledge you have to invest some of you Valuable time. You have to come to the Center for knowledge on Daily basis and use some of your mind and dedication as well. So finally suggest you all that please don’t complaint regarding any product or Services without using it. It gives the diversion for those people who really need those product/Services.

I had purchased a Robosapiens iBOT Mini V3.0 from Robomart and got it on 15th October, 2014. I must say, I as a customer am extremely satisfied with the product and its delivery. Its color and size are exactly the same as mentioned on the website, so no problems there.
I had put up the order on 12th October, 2014 and received it on 15th October afternoon. The bot is in perfect working condition and as mentioned, it was delivered in time as well. I must say, the way Robosapiens India serves their customers is commendable and highly appreciable. I have purchased various products previously as well and they have all been up to the mark without leaving room for any sort of complaints.
I had contacted their customer service executives for a double check on the delivery time and the product that I’m buying. The call was handled in a very friendly way and solved all my queries as well.Their fast delivery (I got the item via FedEx) and vast Outreach has truly impressed me as the institution in which I study is in are mote place.
What more does a consumer need!!Guys if you need to buy any products or services, my certain advice would be to go for them.

workshops(probably the biggest mistake of my life). Our fees was Rs.950
each. They gave us a robot kit. They did not have a single theory
session and they expected us to build a line follower robot with only
ONE sensor instead of TWO. Also, the parts they gave us were completely
defective. They also gave us their certificated and took our personal
details( e-mail, name, phone no.) and told that within 48 hours they
will give us a code. it has been 15 days after the workshop and no code
has been sent yet. And what robots they make using IIT students. I
feel really bad for them.
