Roca India / Parryware — Cistern not working properly

I have purchase two wall mount cascade closets from Shree Vijay Enterprises, supela Bhila, Chhattisgarh State, phone NO. [protected] on August'15, amounting to Rs. 13400/- each . One of them is white & another is Ivory (PP) the problem is that cistern/ Flush of commode is not working properly with pressure. Your above said dealer is not responding my complaint properly near about 1 month and suggest to ask toll free number of customer care of the company. Please take proper action regarding this complaint.
