I am writing to Partyware out of pure displeasure. On December 02, 2023, I filed a
complaint (Compliant #CHOS/021223/01) about the cracks on the Parryware sanitary ware that are described below.
It has been recognized, and on December 2, 2023, a technician by the name of Manikandan investigated the area and reported the damages. He also agreed that the product was defective and asked his higher official to replace it.
I checked on December 7, 2023, that the complaint has been closed without any further correction regarding the recommended course of action, which states that installing a
closet on the floor with white cement is not advised. I consider it incredibly disrespectful to close a complaint without getting approval from the client and without following up with them.
On calling back the customer care to know why the compliant is closed they are saying that will forward the complaint to next department. I pity on the way parryware, as a company dealt with this customer compliant. I request you to reopen the complaint and resolve it amicably otherwise I don't have any option other than going to consumer court. Appreciate an early positive response.

*Note: In order to prevent insects from sitting there, white cement is side packed. The pictures fracture clearly demonstrates the manufacturing defects in the products. This product is covered for ten years under policy.*
