Dear Sir, As per service request complaint (Reg no-CTY15B044), your service Technician has been checked the sink cock tap on 26.11.2105. The service Technician take a photograph of parry ware sink cock tap and could not service or replace the sink cock tap. Now what is the present status of my service complaint?
