I have been cheated by Roozgaar.com. pl help me deatils are as below: In April 2013, I received a call from your company executive, informing me about your company and services offered by your company. He told me that they will show me job openings for Mumbai location and asked me to subscribe for Roozgaar Resume Xplode services, Roozgaar Resume verification services and Roozgaar Power Resume Services and told me to come online and do registration. When I visited your website, your company executive told me that I have to pay a sum of Rs 34322.60/- on which I agreed. But then after waiting for about two months and no any service was offered by M/S Roozgaar. When I contacted its representative and asked for refund, Employee asked me to come online for making transaction with a promise that money will get deposited on card/amount by cancelling the order. I did so for Rs 49734.47, but to my surprise, instead of getting refund, amount of Rs 49734.47on various dates from 01/07/2013 to 15/7/2013. Similar episode repeated in between 15/07/2013 to 20/7/2013 for Rs 93189.10 and for Rs 22693.30 on 25/07/2013 were charged on my debit cards and SBI credit cards. Attached is the copy of payment details of Rs 199939.42/- as per Annexure I. Subsequently I went on calling Roozgaar, and then one I was told on phone that by mistake, transaction could not happen for refund and this time they will refund entire amount if orders are cancelled immediately and was asked to come on line. I did so on various dates in between 21/8/2013 to 31/8/2013 for the amount of Rs 146992.88/- with a promise from Roozgaar that double amount will be credited to concerned accounts. However all these transactions got charged to my card. In addition to this I was also asked to make transaction on Resume 2 site for effecting refund for Rs 49796/-. Details are attached as Annexure II for Rs 146992.88/- to Roozgaar which excludes payment made to Resume 2. I was now convinced that I got duped for huge sum and I kept on following up with many representatives on M/S Roozgaar through phones and also e-mails. Representative expressed sorry for the same and promised to entire refund. For this I asked to pay Rs 51000/- to Resume 2 as service tax charges on 11/11/2013, If have to get refund after which my file will be processed for payment. I kept on waiting but no result. I was again called by M/S Roozgaar official and asked pay 70716/- for getting case solved through consumer court. Payment was on 20/11/2013 for Rs 70716/-. Again I was asked to pay Rs 30000/- for final payment on 22/11/2013 for moving my file appropriately with Roozgaar and after this no payment will be asked from me. This was paid through net banking payable to Mr Yashwant Singh on HDFC bank account at NOIDA Branch. Payment details are attached as Annexure III for Rs 100716.00/ excluding payment made to Resume 2. Total payment made to Roozgaar as per Annexure I, II and III is amount to Rs 447648.35/- minus Rs13660/- got refund. Net paid to Roozgaar is Rs 433988.35/- On 14/01/2014, I filed a complaint with your company executive through e-mail and discussed my problem with them. Your customer care executives start giving me false assurances and my complaint overlooked. For many days, I waited to get some response from your company but they never responded in writing. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received by me. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your Brand name I had availed the services but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst. I would like to notify you that your actions are liable under Section 2(1)(g) of the Consumer Protection Act for deficiency of service that means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming or inadequacy in the: Quality, Nature, and Manner of Performance that is mandated to be maintained under law or under a contract. Also, as per Section 2(1)(r) for Unfair Trade Practice which refers to trade practice that involves adopting unfair means or deceptive practices to promote the sale, use or supply of any goods/service.
