After successful registration theough siam website by paying the fee Rs. 1200 on 12.11.2023, I received a mail from rosmerta safety system pvt.ltd. saying that the number plate will be delivered and fitted on 28.11.2023. The Technicians came with a defective number plate and forcibly trying to fix on my car, with their unrully behaviour, my car base board damaged. They ran away with the number plates. Thereafter, on 29.11.2023, I received an sms from Rosemerta saying the number is delivered. Shocking and cheating by rosemerta company, now my repeated emails are not responded. calls are not reachable. Shall I write to pmo grievance cell ? Was this information helpful? |
