Facing issue for getting service against paid charges for HSRP Sticker home installation.
Given lots of customer care complaints call as well as reminders to company.
Below mentioned is mail communication and summery of responses between me and company's customer care:
"Dear Team,
I am, Sourabh Dureja, mailing from my registered Email Id for Order ID STBMDL1320872C-90DD.
I had booked for Sticker Installation at Home Delivery on 12th November 2020 between 02:00 pm to 06:00 pm.
No one communicated or approached me on above said date and time.
I called the customer care team @ [protected] 04 times on 12th Nov. 2020 for representative follow-up and further update but did not get any response except "wait for the above time slot...he(representative) might get late...backend team working till late night 11 pm."
I called again another day and got a response that " please wait for 24-48 hours for a response. The case is escalated and I will get a reply back by a senior person."
I did not call again because of the festival schedule but after 3-4 days, I got a call from Mr. Neeraj(+91-[protected]) and according to him, "Representative said lie update that customer(me) denied for availability and asked to come after 3-4 days."
I asked for any call record for conversation then he didn't have the answer on spot.
He committed to arranging the next appointment on the next day for resolution between 09:00 am to 01:00 pm.
no one visited till 01:15 pm then I called on the same number again 2 times to get action follow-up but did not get a response (was not picking call).
I called again multiple times on customer care but didn't get a proper reply except wait for the next 24-48 hours.
I continuously tried a mobile number +91-[protected] and got a response once that "Mr. Neeraj is dealing with Dealers only not with retail customers. Someone by mistake called the retail customer"
I called again on customer care and tried to have word with Mr. Karan and others but the call dropped multiple times without any network issues from my side.
Finally, I had word with Mr. Bhupinder with firm assurance to rectify this issue within a day as communicated on Friday 20th November 2020.
Today 03rd day after the last communication with customer care but not getting any result.
My Receipt validity is showing till 27th November 2020.
This was a pathetic and worse service response ever by your organization.
I am attaching herewith my Order Receipt and Validity status for your reference.
Please on a serious note, look into this matter to take action for Home delivery and Installation"
