Rosmerta Safety Systems Pvt Ltd — Non-delivery of services within the defined timeline and asking for more money for rescheduling

1. Original registration was made for home-delivery of color-coded sticker for vehicle number DL5CExxxx on 16th Dec 2020 and the allotted fitment date was 4th Feb 2021.
2. Upon failure of fitment on 4th Feb 2021, customer care executive suggested rescheduling the appointment date and it was done on 8th Feb 2021.
3. The new allotted fitment date was 15th Feb 2021, however, no delivery was made yet again and no communication was received from the company whatsoever.
4. Upon making a call to the customer care on 2nd Mar 2021, I have been assured 'guaranteed fitment' by 5th Mar 2021 against the complaint number DLBMH00052985.

Furthermore, the validity of the new payment receipt is due to expire on 2nd Mar 2021 (today) and can't be rescheduled again due to repayment terms of the company which is not acceptable.

Note: No rescheduling charges will be paid by me because the issue is not from my end as a customer. Full responsibility of non-fitment during the given time should be borne by the company Rosmerta Safety Systems Pvt. Ltd.
