Round sms marekting solutions assured whatsapp marketing to 10000 whatsapp customers for my business and charged me for the same. The database of 10000 numbers was provided by them. They asked me to carry a trial on 2 of my numbers. I did and messages were received. However, when i again tried a couple of times, i did not receive the message.
