I have paid amount for 1Lk WhatsApp msg campaign, and I told them to send few msgs initially, and I gave them the CONTACT details including mine... Next day when I asked the sales person (Satyajith) told they have sent the msgs.
But none of the CONTACTs received the WhatsApp message, including me!
The company is not sending any WhatsApp msgs, and just keep on telling me we have sent, pls check the panel, we have given new user id, pls check like those ### explanations! And the CUSTOMER support is horrible! If this is not going to work or they not giving the refund, I'm going to their office directly and filing a proper CYBER CRIME complaints against them for sure!
