I have purchased a quartz room heater from a shopkeeper whose contact number is [protected]. Unfortunately the heater was out of order with in fifteen days. I went to the above shopkeeper to resolve the issues but he was refused and told me that the heater is only covering the manufacturing defects. Accordingly he refused to resolve. He also told me that the heater will be repaired subject to payment. Hence I have to pay against the repairing. I do not have any another way. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the shopkeeper who are doing like this.
