[Resolved]  Royal Enfield — Vehicle Manufacturing Defect issue

I have a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350x 2019 bs4 model. Last year in the month of Oct 2022, my bike's petrol tank suddenly started leaking while on a trip. The petrol started leaking from the air hose pipe. I was 300 km away from my home some how managed to bring my bike to delhi and showed it to the service centre. They informed me that this issue will not be covered under the insurance and I would need to buy a new petrol tank. I paid INR 11958 to the company and our purchased a new tank. On the 1st nov 2022 i took my bike from the service centre. Today on the 16th June 2023, i took out my bike thinking that I would take it to get serviced and while I was on the road i found that the petrol started leaking again from the petrol tank through the petrol hose. I was lucky that my bike did not catch fire even when it was a scorching hot day and the engine was burning bad. I felt very bad and being robbed by the royal Enfield company by selling me the non reliable bike parts. It was too dangerous for someone to ride a bike with a perol leak. I spoke to the service centre again and they denied taking this issue at hand. I devestated and disappointed that now I am being now pushed again to purchase a replacement tank. This is absurd that I would have to change the tank again in 7-8 months that is again because the company manufactures non reliable parts. It was almost a life threatening incident and i would like royal Enfield to take the responsibility for this kind of issue and should help me to get a replacement fuel tank at no extra cost. Royal Enfield is a big name but they must not rob their customer by selling them cheap quality bike parts. I cannot afford to put my life at stake and my hard earned money on their table every now and then for the issue their manufacturing team has caused.
