My name is sairam, membership no: 0061664ivo. I bought this time share for 2.5 lakhs in 2009. During the initial presentation they have not told about any management charges. But during agreement signing they have put up a clause about management fees of 8%. But year on year they are increasing it and in 2015 they charged close to rs 17000. Issue here is from 2009 onwards i have utilised holiday share only twice since they never given me a allotment. When i asked for jaipur (Any thing other than goa properties), they will push us to accept time in goa property only. Even if i book six month in advance also i never got a allotment in jaipur.In this suitatuion i refused to pay the management charges and said i can pay mc only if i get a allotment in jaipur. Even when i enquired about their week stay charges as a non member, i shocked to know they charge rs 9000 (Which is less than our management charges). They called me 2/3 times and threatened me to cancel my membership. I asked for refund of my membership fees for which they are not giving any answer.
I feel grossly cheated and do not wish to continue my terms with this false and cheating company. Please refund my member ship money of 2.64 laks to avoid legal action. Was this information helpful? |
