My Honda City car Regn No. HR26CS0839 is insured with your Company vide Proposal No: P6753555. The vehicle met with an accident and was admitted in the Honda Servicing Station, Sector 18, Gurugram (Haryana) on 13 Jan 2017 and inspected by your surveyor on 14Jan 2017. The vehicle had a head on impact on the front left hand side. the impact was quite a bit taking into account that the shock absorber got bent and the suspension damaged. The Tyre got cut too. The surveyor Mr Kamal, did not agree to change of shock absorber in the first instance. Thereafter he took his own sweet time to give go ahead for the suspension work. Initially he was informed by the Honda people that they suspected a major job since the steering wheel was almost free. The above resulted in delay in repair of my vehicle which was finally handed over to me on 31 Jan 2017 around 5.30 pm. The left tyre has a cut due to the impact. I spoke to your surveyor regarding the same. His reply, "This does not form part of the accident", is not in good taste at all. This means that the customer is telling a lie. I am already under a shock due to accident and devoid of vehicle. On top of it the insurance company talks in such a manner. At least the customer be attended to politely. Not withstanding the agony gone through for so many days without the vehicle, I would request you to kindly get my tyre replaced. This is the least you can do. Even iam facing same problem with my surveyor, who is telling that consumables which got leaked during accident is not covered under insurance. Worst insurance company and still fighting for the vehicle to get back from showroom and the insurance company.
