Royal Sundaram — Policy renewal copy not yet received

Sir,
I have the honor to inform you that I insured my car in the Royal Sundaram General insurance platform through online on the date of 28th sep 2020. I already paid the premium of RS 10047 I also contact their customer care executive and told the matter. They told me to send my transaction ID and Quite ID. I also sent the above mentioned details. But now they would not sent me my car insurance policy soft copy in my mail. But no any response till now. Sir, I also attached my transaction ID and Quite ID with this complaint. Sir, there for I request you to please kindly help me this matter.
