[Resolved]  RPLI — not received the matured amount-erode

Sir, my policy matured IN MAY and i submitted my policy no:R-TN-CB-EA-209924 BOND, PASSBOOK AND APPLICATION in June first week. We have not received the amount even after one month. we enquired about this in erode head post office and bhavani branch office. They say reason it is because of online mode. We are in need of the amount for our children school fee payment. Kindly do the needful. thanking you
