RPLI — Premium amount update issue | |||||
Sir my policy no. R-RJ-EA-69448. I have already submitted a complaint regarding my issue through complaint no. [protected] on 12 April 2022 and I also sent all the details to dojhunjhunu.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in on 12 April 2022 is given through this complaint reference by mail but there is no any response received regarding that till date. My policy issues that I was paid Rs 7355 on 30 oct 2014 but it was not updated in my policy after that my policy was closed by post office due to offline and the same was opened by me on 15 Dec 2015 in the main branch post office chirawa by submitting all connected documents and policy was become online during that time but I was paid Rs 15026 on 15 Dec 2015 but premium amount is Rs 7355 when I was asked about the double payment of premium to concern depositing staff of post office chirawa then he was asked to me that double payment premium adjusted in last premium of your policy. In this regard I was already submitted a complaint to Indian post complaint then he was asked that a written application submitted to main branch post office chirawa when I go to chirawa post office the concern staff lady donot received my application and donot give any response/ talk about that matter. Please sir do the needful help and check at the earliest for finalize the case. I was attached all connected documents of premium pass book policy and there is no any response received from post office . Please clarify at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
