I Have booked a samsung mobile Handset Guru 1200 Model which had a scheme of 16 Gb Memory card Free alongwith but The handset supplied against had a damaged battery and mobile was showing sim card failure which when sent to samsung care they said its duplicate product, also the memory card which was provided was of 32 gb instead of 16 Gb and is not working. Reference order no STL218795. Due tothe above reason Iam demanding refund.
Kindly do the needful immediately.
