RS trade & Marketing Annanur — Don't believe those people , They are not give the payment

All above said by senthil kumar is right, for me also they will not give the money, when i handover the vehicle to that company they said that we will surely give the payment in ten days, i gave my vehicle as on 13.12.2014, after 1 month they gave me only 25, 000 rupees, and they said we will settle the amount by saying today, tomorrow...etc...finally they given the check for the balance amount, and i dropped the check in State Bank of india, on the very next day again i was cheated by them and the given check was bounced, then i called to the company and asked why it was bounced, again they said return the check, we will give it as cash, its keep on going, but still i didn't receive the balance amount, so that i am mentally disturbed and lost my job due to this pressure given by them.

I posted a add in olx to sell my car, These company staffs followed me to give the car to them & they will give the money in ten days but till today 65 days left & gave me only 40 percent of money till date. They also collected with my original RC book for verification. Whenever i called or Meet by person they always promise that they will pay the money in 2 days but it continues upto date also they are not give my car back.

I had a horrible experience with my car selling deal. Seeing my add in quikr & olx, these people called me and expressed their interest in buying my car.
"The deal from them was to leave the car and Original documents and on the 11th day whole amount agreed during the initial deal will be paid with rest of the formalities completion."
Initially I didn't show any interest and they kept convinces me for a month. Finally I went there on 10th Jan'15 and we signed mutual agreements(attached). Till date i have received only 50% of amount that too with lots of pain.

Sure Beneficial you get out this deal are:
1. Mental Stress
2. Drop your patient with family & colleagues
3. Sleepless night
4. Improbability commitment to others.
5. Losing trust on the people.
6. Miss your self-worthiness
Then what less is there to lose more???

I am experiencing the same thing as above. From last year 30th Nov 2014 a girl call Nithyashri called me seeing my ad for Hyundai i10 on Quikr. After lot of pestering, I finally gave my car on 25th Feb. They gave me an agreement and assured me that in 10 days they will settle the entire payment. They took my Original RC Book, Insurance, TO Form stating they need it for verification. Till today (31st Mar 2015) they have not given me a single paise. I have called them, went personally and met them too but no response. The Dena Bank Check which they gave also bounced. When I told them I will file a legal complaint, they told you can go ahead, we will come to the station sign the document stating we will return the money and come back. You or the police can absolutely do nothing about this. They are not willing to return the car back also. It has become a mental trauma. I am anyway going to file a complaint tomorrow at the local police station (Thirumulavoyal).

Hi Surenderan, We have given a complaint in Commissioner office itself and nothing happened! Pattabiram comes under Thirumulavoyal Station Limits and the Inspector there will not take any action. We all have gone to his house, shouted at him! We have tried all this and nothing has worked! What we will need to do next is, approach CM cell or all o[censored]s have to form a big team and stage a protest infront of Secretariat!

Please let me know sir. Will join and do anything. I am ready to come anywhere. In other hand I am collecting all details about him. Will make him Corner.

Hi John, Wherever we complaint, there will be no action taken on this guy. He bribes everyone and he has advocates who help him to get a anticipatory bail. What he will do is, he will file a bankruptcy petition in the court and request for Mediation. One of the person's who got cheated had to go to court almost every week and finally after 9 months struggle, he settled the amount to her. But this is not the case with everyone. Do you have Rajesh and his wife's current contact numbers? If you have, please share. We need to create FB post, share his picture and information on whatsapp and create a big awareness campaign.

I wish I should have read this blog last year before August. It's seriously a lesson for all o[censored]s. This fellow cheated me with the same technique asking to leave car n original documents and with an agreement of 10 days in returning back the money. So far after rigorous followup got only 50% money. We should teach him a lesson seriously and let's not make anyone else to face our situation. Pathetic days and lost money which we needed for our emergency. I think there is a big network behind him and all should get paid well for this crime. I gave my Tavera and got quoted for 6L. So far got 3.5L and rest I'm loosing hope. Today I went to his house and found it was completely vacant. His wife and family escaped somewhere. He built his house now with our money and I am sure we may get paid if his property is sold. We need to take action soon guys. I'm planning to Lodge a complaint and let me know which station should I raise. Please give police station details.. I know it won't work but still a proff of complaint will act as a record. Let's join guys...
