HP office jet 8100 printer under warranty is not working, No support given by HP authorized service providers even after 10 days of complaint registering. Printer is in warranty and we logged complaint to HP on 01.12.2014. they informed the complaint number "5029348" They will come within 2-3 days but upto this time(11.12.2014) no one came to check our printer which is under on site warranty.
