Rto Andheri West Mumbai 400053 — Driving License Not Received since 7 months

I have been waiting since 6-7 months for my permanent 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler licence to come. I completed my licence exam on 4/09/2014 at Andheri RTO. Even I had contected my Motor Learning School ( Royal Motor Driving School, Vile Parle ), but they are not giving us proper reasoning and neglecting us. We enquired at the Andheri RTO, they are not giving us the status of my licence. It is very irresponsive behavior of RTO office.
