This is Harsh Joshi from Vadodara, Gujarat
Im complaining about the non-issuing my driving licence by the RTO office due to the irresponsibility of one of the officers of RTO. Due to which my licence did not get approved further. Kindly see into the matter and report the same as soon as possible
