RTO India — Application Status - Printing Of DL in FORM 7 from last 15 days

Hi,
I have completed my DL driving test 2nd July and status of my Application form is still showing -Printing Of DL in FORM 7 (Smart Card).

Can you please help on this, as unable to reach out the customer care of RTO office.
