RTO India — Approval of Learning license is still pending even after 1.5months

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

My name is Harini. I have applied for learning license by using contactless license service, I had applied for renewal of my Learners License on 9 Feb 2023 using contactless service. I have paid the necessary fees, uploaded all the documents but even after 1.5 months; my application is still pending and not processed yet. . My RTO office comes under RTO Electronic city, Bangalore, tried reaching them too, but no answer

Can this be processed please?
